ICCA Auditions

We are so excited to share that this year, On the Rocks is auditioning for the ICCAs! For anyone unfamiliar with this competition, it stands for the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (a.k.a the competition featured in the movie Pitch Perfect.) The ICCAs bring together groups across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to crown the champion of a cappella each year.

The audition process consists of each interested group submitting a video of them performing 2-3 songs. With our submission, we performed Greedy by Ariana Grande and Magnolia by Laufey. After many hours of rehearsing, we submitted our audition on Wednesday, October 15th, officially declaring On The Rocks as an auditionee!

While we anxiously await audition results, we’ll continue to gear up for the possibility of making it to the first competition in early February.
